● One round of revisions (Up to 3 item changes)
● 3 Post support sessions (15 min max each session or up to 10 responses to emails)
DISCLAIMER: Our lead time starts at the time we obtain your measurements of your space AND measurements approved by our design team. The normal lead time is 4-6 weeks PER ROOM. In addition to this, anything beyond the above scope of work will incur additional cost(s) and may cause a delay in the 4-6 week allocated lead time which excludes holidays.
The items chosen are currently available at the time of selection. The client is responsible for promptly acquiring these products within a reasonable timeframe to ensure their availability before they become unavailable.
* Please note: For different add-ons in multiple rooms, make the first room with your chosen add-ons, add it to your cart. Repeat the process for the second room.
